I want to take this opprotunity to express my gratitude to you and Ms. Wafa for the care you both provided for my brother Bobby. You have made me and my family very comfortable and welcomed while we are with my brother. As you know Bobby is down syndrome and not only are we with him for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, you allow us to enter the building to check on Bobby at any time of the day or night. Our family has noticed how friendly and respectful you and Wafa are to your residents as well as your employees.

It was not easy to have my brother leave my home and enter a facility but the quality of care, the cleanliness of your facility and the respect by you and your staff has made tis transition easier.
